About Geoff Miller
Coastline Development is a St. Petersburg custom home builder with one driving principle: build every home like it's your own. Owner Geoff Miller is a St. Pete native who has spent his entire career in custom residential construction throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Geoff is a St. Pete High IB alumnus and a University of Florida graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. He honed his craft as a Construction Manager, building custom homes across Odessa, Tampa, Tarpon Springs, St. Petersburg, Parrish, and Manatee County before earning his Certified Building Contractor license and founding Coastline Development.
With over a decade of experience and a reputation for transparency, quality, and going the extra mile — Geoff is the builder who shows up, communicates, and delivers.
